Cloe from Noir

Cloe (or Chloe.. or however you want to spell it) from the anime Noir. I've been watching it a lot recently.. I'm downloading the series in japanese with subtitles. It's an excellent series. Cloe's one of my favorite characters.. very pretty and with an... interesting attitude toward things, lol. Anyway, I just did this on an oekaki board because I was bored.
